Samsung could be getting ready to introduce its first commercial rollable smartphone. According to a recent report from South Korean publication Maeil Business, the company is speeding up development of a device that can expand from a compact smartphone into a much larger display whenever users need more screen space.
The report claims the new device may launch during the first half of 2028, possibly alongside the Galaxy S28 series. It is expected to carry the name Galaxy Z Slide, although Samsung has not officially confirmed the branding.
